Parfitt  “I received several complaints on the parking situation and the small size inhibited my plans for future growth.  I fully intend to continue to serve my current clientele and hope to gain many more in the new location.”  The new location is larger with plenty of off street parking for patrons.  FurBabies is having its Grand Re-Opening on Saturday Nov. 15th

Harleys Dish ~ The Box   Summer is over…my trips to the local dog park will become fewer and further between as my owners settle in for another cold New England winter.  What’s a dog to do?  As I watch the leaves change and feel the temperature drop I cant help but wonder what is in that box that my owners just brought in.  I don’t smell anything  edible in there.  Could it be a new chew toy?  I did manage to ruin what I gather by the tears were a pretty expensive pair of shoes last week.  Oh I hope it isn’t one of those muzzles I’ve seen on some of the mouthier breeds.  Everyone in the house is checking out the box and oohhing and aahhing its contents.  My curiosity is mounting as is my fear.  What if it’s my replacement.  Oh no…what if I have chewed my last pair of vintage Keds.  I try to act casual as I strain to see any movement and listen for the familiar whining to begin…nothing.  What is in that box?  They see me now, I act casual.  I chase my tail pretending not to notice them.  Here they come…oh no, this is it.  They are going to take me to the pound.  Please don’t, I won’t chew any more shoes, I’ll try to hit the paper next time, I swear.  I’ll never chase the neighbors cat again…I’ll sit, stay, come, roll over…I PROMISE!!!…What’s this?  A new Sweater?  We’re going to the dog park?  Yippee! I love you I love you I love you.  Can I bring a Ked?   As I walk to the dog park in my brand new digs I think to myself “this winter is going to be Great!”
